    North Side Elementary School (grades K-6) Registration
    Registration for grades 1-6:
    July 24 - 1:00-7:00 p.m.
    July 25 - 1:00-7:00 p.m.
    July 26 - 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

    Children, age 5 before August 1, 2018, can register for Kindergarten at North Side Elementary School.  Please bring your child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, and custody papers (if applicable).  If you have any questions, please call the North Side School Office at 765-964-6430.

    All 3rd-grade parents/guardians are invited to visit the Randolph County PROMISE table at registration. This exciting NEW initiative is designed to increase your child's school success. Every third grader will be involved, but your signature is needed. Don't miss out on this opportunity designed especially for your child!

    Parents of students entering K-6 grade should come to registration at the North Side office and be prepared to complete or turn in registration forms and pay book rental fees. Credit/Debit cards will be accepted for payment of fees.*


    Union City Jr/Sr High School (grades 7-12) Registration
    Registration for grades 7-12:
    July 25 - 12:00-7:00 p.m.
    July 26 - 12:00-7:00 p.m.

    Parents of students entering 7-12 grade should come to registration at the Jr/Sr High School office and be prepared to complete registration forms and pay book rental and consumables fees. Credit/debit cards will be accepted for payment of fees.*

    *Even if a family is approved for free and reduced lunches and book rental fees, parents should be prepared to pay consumables fees. Credit/Debit cards will be accepted for payment of fees.

    Family Application for Free and Reduced Lunches - only one application per family is needed.



    Randolph Eastern Schools will open for all students in grades K-12 on August 8, 2018.

    The daily schedule for each building during the 2018-2019 school year is:
    North Side Elementary: 8:10 a.m. - 3:05 p.m.
    Union City Junior/Senior High School: 8:10 a.m. - 3:10 p.m.
    ALL SCHOOLS WILL DISMISS AT 2:35 P.M. EVERY WEDNESDAY.
